remember that free nike app that i told you about a while ago? well i tried it for about a week and i loved it! then i hurt my hand pretty badly at work and i couldn't do much for about a week. it was awful. i couldn't even grip my curling iron, so there was no way i could lift weights. that week i just stuck with cardio. once my hand was better i used the app a few more times. i saw improvement, but not as much as if i were to stick with it for the full 4 weeks. now that we are in ohio we decided we needed to join some sort of a gym. there isn't a golds nearby, so we can't go there. we looked into crossfit gyms and that's what we decided to do! we went for our first time yesterday. it's called CrossFit Copley. Copley is the town we live in. we both loved it! i love that i get to workout with my husband now. it is a lot of fun! we will be going to crossfit 3 times a week. i am already sore from yesterdays workout. can't wait to see how tonight goes! have any of you ever done crossfit?? what did you like or not like about it? i'd love some feedback! hopefully i will get super fit and toned over the summer by doing crossfit! can't wait to see results!
